Please assist, I took my car to Bosch Diesel Service to replace a crank seal on the Land Rover Discovery Sport ( Job card: 60522 ) - 11 April 2024 and I collected My car on 19 April 2024 when the job was done. But after I collected my car I had concerns with the sounds on front tyre when driving especial when I'm climbing a speed-bump and the way it's balancing when you drive above 100 , When I went to the Shop to raise my concerns where I spoke to Service Manager who even took the car for a drive , he confirmed my concerns and said it's the shocks that must be changed but the they didn't take car and double check if everything was fitted properly.

Yesterday I took my car to another service repairer where we discovered that the bolt on the shock is loose it caused the shock to be more damaged and the tyre as well
And when I go to Bosch to report this issue the same service manager says he didn't touch the shocks while for you to be able to attend crank seal you will need to work on the suspension which affects the shocks.
